The framework developed by I Follow the Leader helps workplaces successfully navigate their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) journey. P.A.C.E. stands for Prepare, Access, Commit, and Execute; the framework provides a cycle of actionable solutions that can lead to systematic change.
