It is time for actionable solutions. We launched the DEI P.A.C.E. Pledge to encourage change agents and leaders to make a strategic commitment.
By pledging your commitment to further diversity, equity, and inclusion in your workplace and community, you can help promote and carry out actions that lead to systemic change.

Based on the DEI P.A.C.E. framework. Prepare. Assess. Commit. Execute.
Prepare for the journey.
I pledge to make a strategic commitment to learn more about diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) over the next year.
Assess where you are.
I pledge to assess where I am currently on my DEI journey.
Commit to strategic actions.
I pledge to determine areas in which I can grow/ improve upon over the next year related to DEI.
Execute the commitment.
I pledge to complete at least five strategic actions that will promote DEI over the next year in my workplace and/or community.

The DEI P.A.C.E. Pledge for Change Agents is for individuals who want to help further diversity, equity, and inclusion in their workplace and/or the community.
After you take the pledge, don't forget to download your badge and share it with your network! Sharing DEI resources with others is one of the recommended activities for change agents. If you have the authority to make DEI decisions within your organization, we encourage you to commit to the leader pledge. You can find more details about that by scrolling below.

Assess where you are. I pledge to take a thorough assessment of where my workplace/community is on our DEI journey.
Commit to strategic actions. I pledge to determine areas we can grow/improve in over the next year related to DEI. I will approach DEI from a systemic lens. I recognize the journey will require strategic and measurable actions.
Execute the commitment. I pledge to complete at least five strategic actions that will promote DEI over the next year in my workplace and/or community.
The DEI P.A.C.E. Pledge for leaders is for those who want to further diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and have the authority to make DEI decisions within their organization. You may be the Founder, CEO, DEI Lead, HR lead, part of the leadership team, a DEI group member, etc.
